Terms of Service

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit of 50% of total price.

FINAL PAYMENT due 60 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATION
Refund of full deposit, less $200 administrative fee, if requested in writing at least 65 days prior to arrival date. No refund within 65 days of arrival date, however we often are able to apply payments received towards future dates with no penalty.

Charges will be recorded on your Paypal statement as "Volare Costa Rica, Inc." and are charged in U.S. currency.

We accept personal checks when paid more than 30 days before arrival.
